Narita, Japan
Sunny!
So I'm on my way to Rome, Italy and realized I have not posted anything on the special trips I made recently around Japan.
One very special trip I made was to the Kashiwazaki Fireworks Festivals in Niigata. It's one of the most famous fireworks festivals in Japan and also very old (over 100 years!). I am very fortunate to have been able to go and get front row seats as a client invited me. It was one of the most spectacular fireworks I've ever scene. Especially those fireworks that explode on the surface of the sea.
Fireworks in the summer are a long tradition in Japan. There are fireworks display all over the country. I was not only able to see the spectacular Kashiwazaki Fireworks but also the Tokyo Bay and Meiji Jingu fireworks from my apartment building! Great Fun!
