Beach Weather
I'm writing this while having a glass of wine. Really not supposed to have one for detox but need something to relax after the day I had. Will blog on it sometime but it was not fun.
Anyhow, with the eating though, I'm doing great. Here's the detox meal I made yesterday. Roasted organic chicken breast bathed in olive oil and lots of spices, steamed local organic asparagus and local organic arugula and tomato salad with a homemade soy yogurt dressing. For the dressing all I did was thin soy yogurt with olive oil and spiced it up with cumin, cayenne pepper, minced onions and garlic. It was so filling and satisfying. I had the left overs today and just added artichokes hearts to the salad. Very healthy and delicious.
